What is a Green Card?
A Green Card entitles its holder to permanently live and work in the USA.
As an official ID document, it also gives the Green Card owner almost all the rights of a US citizen.
What is the GC Program?
Every year, the GC Program enables 55,000 people to permanently live and work in the United States.
Winners can also register their spouses and children.
The Green Gard program is an official program under Section 203 of the Immigration and Nationality Act.
Who can participate?
In general, anyone who pass the eligibility check can participate in the GC Program.

Green Card Lottery
The Green Card Lottery (US Electronic Diversity Visa Lottery) is a program created by the Department of State that allows up to 55.000 randomly selected people to obtain a Green Card or permanent residency paper visa. This program was created to receive more diverse immigrants from countries with a lower immigration rate to the US. The winners will receive a residence card, also known as a Green Card. -
Employment-Based Immigration Visa
- EB-2: Employment-Based Immigration.
The EB2 visa allows foreign nationals to live, work and take up as lawful permanent residence in the United States. Learn more about the requirements and process of getting this employment-based immigrant visa, also known as a green card. -
EB-5: Investment-Based Immigration
The investment must be between at least $900,000 and $1,800,000 depending on the employment situation in the geographic area. The settlement permit is only granted after two years if the promised investment is actually made and jobs are created during this period.
